We1wn Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and we1wn ("Platform", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, and services offered by we1wn.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the we1wn platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement.

To register and use the we1wn platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Be located in a region or country where online gambling is legally permitted under local law.
• Registering with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list enforced by a relevant regulatory authority.
• Not registering in the capacity of an employee, agent, or representative of any we1wn competitor.

We1wn reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Documents typically required include a national ID, passport, utility bill, or recent bank statement. Verification is usually completed within 24 business hours.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one we1wn account. Owning more than one account — whether under your own name or using a different identity — is a serious violation of these Terms.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account without authorisation.
• Notify we1wn immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your account information current whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and email address.

We1wn will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you forget your password, use the password reset function available on the login page.

We1wn accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform. Minimum and maximum limits for each payment method can be viewed on the cashier page within the platform.

Deposit:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned without any bonus.
• We1wn does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
• The first withdrawal from each account may require additional processing time for security verification purposes.
• Any wagering requirement associated with a bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.

We1wn offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the value of the bonus received.
• The maximum wagering limit while meeting bonus requirements is MYR 20 per bet, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Different games may contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements — full details are available on our promotions page.
• Bonuses have a validity period that must be observed. Unused bonuses that expire within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• We1wn reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

All games available on the we1wn platform are powered by licensed third-party software providers and have been audited by independent bodies. The random number generators (RNG) in use have been certified to ensure fairness in every game round.

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical error, we1wn reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the player.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.
• We1wn reserves the right to suspend access to any game for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the we1wn platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to play or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system.
• Using the we1wn platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to access our systems or databases without authorisation.
• Spreading misleading or false information about we1wn to other users.
• Using another person's account with or without their consent.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action where applicable.

The we1wn platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24 hours a day, we cannot guarantee continuous availability under all circumstances.

• We1wn is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We1wn is not responsible for betting outcomes made by members — gambling involves financial risk and all decisions are entirely the member's responsibility.
• We1wn's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the we1wn Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. We collect only the information necessary for platform operations and regulatory compliance.

We1wn uses end-to-end encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your financial information is never stored directly in our systems — all payment processing is handled by licensed payment providers that comply with PCI-DSS standards.

Closure by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be returned to you once all wagering requirements are met and identity verification is complete.

Closure by we1wn: we1wn reserves the right to suspend or close your account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Regulatory compliance requirements or instructions from authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the we1wn platform. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will first be addressed through our internal resolution process.

If an amicable resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures set by the relevant regulatory body.

We1wn reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the we1wn platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect.
